Environmental activist and lawyer Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. was once named one of Time Magazine's "Heroes for the Planet." Kennedy has built his reputation through a series of successful legal actions and through his work helping indigenous peoples in Canada and Latin America negotiate treaty rights.

Margaret Trudeau, who became Canada's youngest prime minister's wife when she married Pierre Elliot Trudeau at age 22, is a mental health advocate who candidly discussed her bipolar condition.

The Right Honourable Paul Martin led a conversation on Aboriginal education. Martin, who was the 21st prime minister of Canada, leads the Martin Aboriginal Education Initiative, which aims to reduce the Aboriginal youth dropout rate and increase the number of Aboriginal students attending postsecondary institutions.
